Темное время года, мрр.

Иду как-то в утренних сумерках. Мужики на дороге стоят, один так авторитетно вещает: "Двадцать второго декабря. Одинаково будет. А потом день длиннее станет". Остальные согласно молчат :)

Midwinter, or sometimes it's called first day of winter. I like the latter best: I don't want the winter to go away soon. It snowed today. At last :)

I like these dark winter days, when the dawn breaks about midday, and the dusk comes shortly after, the day never getting bright, here in my circle of yellow lamp light. Dark and calm. Grayscale landscape outside and crisp night air.
